He became the Pitmaster and Chef de Cuisine at “Hill Country” in NYC which has risen to become one of the great must dine hot spots in today’s barbecue scene. Pitmaster Pete has spent that last several years bringing his “American Style Barbecue” with “Blue Smoke” in Hong Kong and “Big Easy BBQ” in London which is Europe’s notorious “must stop” for American Barbecue.
